I probably hear this more than anything else. You aren't alone! My goal is that you will focus on one another way more than you focus on me and at the end of our session (or even just a few minutes in) will realize that having your photograph taken can actual be a really good time. |

What kind of equipment do you use?  |
I shoot with Canon cameras and prime lenses (and always carry backups). Prime lenses are fixed focal lengths that are fast + sharp, you'll see me moving around a ton during our shoot to make the most of them! |
| Should we book an engagement session? |
It also helps me! Not every couple is the same. An engagement shoot helps me figure out what you respond best to as far as communication and posing goes and it helps me see what you may or may not be comfortable with. I don’t know about you, but I wouldn’t consider myself a model when it comes to having my picture taken. During an engagement session you will get used to being photographed by me and the outcome is having great photos that you can use for save the dates, thank you cards or just for hanging around your home. You’ll go into your wedding day knowing exactly what to expect and feeling more confident! |
| How do your payments work? |
Payments can be made via cash, check or credit card. 50% is due at the time the contract is signed with the remaining due two weeks prior to the shoot. Don't worry, my magical robot assistant will remind you when the time comes. You're out of our budget but we love you, help!! Contact me. Seriously, let's talk details. If I can't manage to make something work in your budget I can send some names your way who can. |
